1. Orders & Quotations
Every order is prepared according to the details confirmed by the customer. These may include the product, size, quantity, material, artwork, printing method, finishing, delivery location and installation requirements.
Our quotations are based on the information available when the price is provided. If you later change the quantity, dimensions, material, design, finishing or installation requirements, the price and production time may also change.
Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Delays caused by missing or incorrect customer information may affect the expected completion date.
2. Prices, Payment & VAT
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
The required payment terms will be confirmed when the order is finalized. Production starts after the required payment, artwork and order information have been received.
Bank transfers may take time to appear in our account. Where necessary, we may request proof of payment before proceeding.
Applicable UAE VAT will be added according to current tax requirements. Customers who require specific company or VAT details on their invoice should provide the correct information before invoicing.
3. Artwork & File Requirements
Please send artwork in a suitable print-ready format. Vector files are recommended for logos and graphics, while photographs and other images should have enough resolution for the final print size.
Small images, screenshots or low-resolution files may appear clear on a screen but lose quality when enlarged.
If your artwork requires resizing, recreation, major corrections or additional design work, we will discuss this before production where applicable.
Customers submitting their own finished artwork are responsible for ensuring that the file is ready for printing.
4. Check Your Design Before Approval
Please review your final artwork carefully before giving approval.
Check:
- Names and spelling
- Phone numbers and email addresses
- Website and social media details
- Images and logos
- QR codes
- Dimensions
- Layout and orientation
- Product and quantity details
QR codes should be scanned and tested before approval.
Once the final artwork is approved, production will follow that version. Zahrat Al Madina Printing is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect contact information, non-working QR codes, incorrect customer-supplied measurements or other errors that were visible in the approved artwork.
Changes requested after approval may affect the price and completion date. Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
5. Colors, Materials & Print Variations
A printed color may not look exactly the same as the color displayed on a phone or computer screen. Screen settings, RGB and CMYK differences, ink, lighting, printing method and the material itself can change how a color appears.
The same shade may also look different when printed on paper, vinyl, acrylic, plastic, glass, fabric or metal.
If a specific brand color is important, please provide the appropriate color reference or physical sample before production where possible.
Minor variations in color, cutting, alignment and finishing are part of normal commercial printing and are not automatically considered defects.
Materials from separate production batches may also show slight differences in shade, texture or finish.
6. Foil, Spot UV, Gradients & Special Finishes
Special finishes involve additional production stages, so slight positioning differences may occur.
Spot UV, foil and similar effects may shift slightly between individual pieces. Important text and design elements should not be placed too close to cutting edges.
Gradients and subtle color transitions may also print differently from their appearance on a digital screen. Solid colors may provide a more consistent result for some designs.
If a requested finish is unsuitable for the selected product or material, we may recommend another production option before printing.
7. Quantity Tolerance
Some commercial printing methods can asks a small difference between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered.
Where applicable, an overrun or underrun of up to ±5% may occur as part of the production process.
Any quantity-related billing adjustment will follow the terms confirmed for that particular order.
8. Corporate Gifts & Promotional Products
Corporate gifts and promotional items are branded according to the product and artwork approved by the customer.
The available printing, engraving, or branding area varies by onbach. Logo size or positioning may therefore need to be adjusted to suit the item.
Minor differences in product shade, shape, surface or finish can occur between supplier batches.
For large orders where exact branding placement or product appearance is especially important, customers may request a sample where available before bulk production.
Once an item has been printed, engraved or otherwise personalized, it is treated as a customized product.
9. Name Plates, Signage & Stickers
Name plates, name boards, office signs, shop signage, frosted stickers and other custom graphics are produced according to the final approved dimensions, material and design.
If the customer provides measurements, those measurements will be used for production unless we have agreed to take site measurements ourselves.
Please tell us where a sticker or sign will be installed. Glass, walls, acrylic, metal and other surfaces may require different materials or fixing methods.
Damaged, uneven, damp, dirty, recently painted or unsuitable surfaces may affect adhesion or installation.
10. Delivery & Installation
Zahrat Al Madina Printing provides delivery and installation across Dubai, with a usual timeframe of 2–3 working days for applicable orders. Delivery is also available to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah; however, installation services are not provided in these two emirates.
This timeframe begins after the required payment, final artwork approval and all production information have been received.
Some large, highly customized or specially finished orders may need additional production time. If your order requires longer, the expected timeframe will be discussed before production.
For installation, the site must be accessible at the agreed time. Please tell us in advance about parking restrictions, security procedures, building access, permitted working hours or any other conditions that may affect installation.
If approval from a landlord, building management or another authority is required, the customer should arrange it before installation unless otherwise agreed.
A return visit caused by unavailable access, incorrect site information or missing permission may result in an additional charge.
11. Measurements & Installation Surfaces
Where customers provide their own dimensions, they are responsible for checking that those dimensions are correct before production.
If we carry out a site measurement, please tell us about any changes made to the installation area after our visit.
Walls, glass and other installation surfaces should be suitable for the selected fixing method. Existing cracks, loose paint, damaged plaster, weak surfaces or concealed site conditions may affect installation.
If our installers find that the agreed location is unsuitable or unsafe, installation may be paused until another solution is agreed.
12. Delivery Details & Delays
Please provide a complete delivery address, active phone number and any building or unit information needed to reach you.
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, another delivery attempt may carry an additional charge.
Although we work toward the agreed schedule, delays can occasionally occur because of courier disruption, road restrictions, severe weather, building access, material availability, government restrictions or other events outside our control.
International orders may also be affected by customs clearance. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
13. Cancellations & Order Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Whether cancellation is possible depends on how far the job has progressed. Design preparation, artwork adjustment, material purchasing, printing, fabrication and finishing may create costs before the finished product is ready.
Where work has already started, the costs already incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.
Once a customized product has entered production, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible.
14. Returns, Printing Issues & Reprints
Most of our products are made specifically for each customer. Customized or personalized products cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.
If you believe there is a production problem, contact Zahrat Al Madina Printing promptly after receiving the order.
Please provide your order details, clear photographs and information about the quantity affected. Keep the affected products and packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as we may need to inspect them.
If we confirm a significant production error on our side, we may arrange a reprint of the affected products where appropriate.
A reprint does not normally apply to customer-approved spelling mistakes, incorrect information, faulty QR codes, incorrect customer-supplied dimensions or other errors already present in the approved artwork.
Normal variations in color, trimming, alignment, materials and finishing will also be considered when reviewing a complaint.
15. Refunds
Refunds are considered according to the reason for the request and the stage reached by the order.
Customized goods that have already entered production are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Where a refund is approved, costs already incurred for artwork, design, materials, setup, printing, fabrication, finishing or delivery may be deducted where applicable.
Approved refunds will be returned through the applicable payment method.
16. Customer Content & Intellectual Property
Customers must have the right to use any logos, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, fonts or other protected material they provide for printing.
By submitting artwork, you give us permission to use that material as necessary to prepare and complete your order.
We may refuse an order containing unlawful, offensive or apparently infringing material.
Website text, photographs, graphics, branding and other original material belonging to Zahrat Al Madina Printing may not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission.
17. Customer Information & Privacy
We collect information needed to prepare quotations, process orders, communicate about artwork, receive payments and arrange delivery or installation.
This may include your name, company details, phone number, email address, billing information, delivery location and order information.
Where necessary, information may be shared with payment providers, couriers or other parties involved in completing your order. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
We do not sell customer information.
18. Website & Product Information
Product photographs, mockups and digital previews on our website are intended to show the general appearance of a product. Actual results may differ slightly because of materials, printing methods, lighting, screen settings and finishing.
We may update website information, products, specifications, prices or these Terms when necessary.
If website information differs from the final quotation, artwork or specifications confirmed for your order, the individually confirmed order details will apply.
19. Events Outside Our Control
Zahrat Al Madina Printing is not responsible for delays caused by events that cannot reasonably be controlled, including severe weather, transport disruption, supplier interruptions, material shortages, customs delays, government restrictions, strikes or similar events.
If such an event affects an order, production, delivery or installation will continue when it becomes reasonably possible.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute requiring legal proceedings will be subject to the appropriate courts in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with applicable law.
